We are now back open to the public and it is lovely to meet and chat again.
We are a small independent business, like millions of others, trying to navigate our way around unprecedented times. Like lots of other Companies we are reviewing what we do and how to adjust to minimise the risks for all of us, so things may change as we progress. But this is what we are currently doing to keep us all safe....
What we are doing...
We are disinfecting touch points regularly throughout the day, especially the card machine and stairs handrail.
Doors are kept open to maximise airflow inside the show room and to cut down on touching surfaces.
And we benefit from have a low number of customers visiting throughout the day so there is rarely a need to queue, and most of our stock is out in the sunshine.
Please can we ask you...
Don't forget your face covering for when you are inside - we are happy for you to browse the outside areas of the yard without one.
Please be patient whilst we are trying to help others as we need extra time to do things or may ask to do things at a quieter time.
We now have a sanitise station as you enter, please use the gel provided - and a one way system!
If you are vulnerable please let us know before you visit and we are happy to take additional precautions in discussion with you to help.
Our Yard is open to visitors from 8 – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12.30pm on Saturday.
We have put a bright red sign on our website to keep you informed of this on a day by day basis. If we are required to close the yard again we will update this on the website and email our customers. This is a good time to sign up to our emails as this is the very best way we can keep you up to date with what is going on at the yard.
We can also offer individual virtual tours if you want to visit without actually visiting! Contact us to arrange this.
We are available to take telephone enquiries, emails and dm’s on social media and we can continue to do this remotely if the yard closes.
We are using couriers and hauliers to maintain deliveries.
Stay safe and look after each other
