Yard Returns and Refund Policy
We hope that the time taken with us before we sell anything means that you are very happy with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied please note;
All our products are sold as seen and we are unable to guarantee the suitability of product for the intended purpose by the buyer, we are unable to offer structural advice for the use of timbers or beams. Most of our products are natural and therefore subject to minor variations in colours, these are not considered faults. A small number of half bricks may be in any pallet of bricks; however these are readily used by most bricklayers.
There is a restocking fee of 20% invoice value for any items returned; this is to cover the cost of checking, cleaning and re-handing the items. Delivery charges are non-refundable and returning the item is at the expense of the purchaser. Delivery times are made in good faith and we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss, expense or other consequence of failure to meet any delivery date/time.
Speciality or bespoke items including where we have been asked to alter, cut or treat an item in any way will not be accepted for return. Once ordered, such goods cannot be cancelled or refunded unless they are faulty.
All items remain the property of Winchcombe Reclamation Ltd until paid for in full.
Please note whilst these items are worthy of special note our full Terms and Conditions are printed on the back of our invoices and are also available on request.
Website Sales and Returns
You can return any item purchased on our online shop for an exchange or refund within 8 days of receipt. First, contact us by telephone or email to let us know it is on its way back then wrap up the item to protect it on its journey (don't forget to enclose your details) and return it to us at the address below.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process, if you have not received your refund by then please contact us and we can investigate. We can only refund the card that the order was placed with.
We recommend that you ask for a proof of posting when you return items as we cannot refund items that we do not receive back.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
VAT is applied at the standard rate.
Sales are governed by English Law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All transactions are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.Company Information
