Returns and Refund Policy We hope that the time taken with us before we sell anything means that you are very happy with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied please note;
All our products are sold as seen and we are unable to guarantee the suitability of product for the intended purpose by the buyer, we are unable to offer structural advice for the use of timbers or beams. Most of our products are natural and therefore subject to minor variations in colours. A small number of half bricks may be in any pallet of bricks; however these are readily used by most bricklayers.
There is a restocking fee of 20% invoice value for any items returned; this is to cover the cost of checking, cleaning and re-handing the items. Delivery charges are non-refundable and returning the item is at the expense of the purchaser. Delivery times are made in good faith and we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss, expense or other consequence of failure to meet any delivery date/time. Speciality or bespoke items will not be accepted for return. Once ordered, such goods cannot be cancelled. We have a 7 calendar day cooling off period before we place Isbourne orders when a full refund is available. All items remain the property of Winchcombe Reclamation Ltd until paid for in full.
General All prices are subject to change without notice. VAT is applied at the standard rate. Sales are governed by English Law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
